Operational Policies

Our agency is committed to protecting client information through a strict ‘need to know’ policy. We have implemented measures to prevent unauthorized access to or disclosure of information, but we must comply with government laws and may be required to share information when legally mandated. The agency does not engage in matters related to personal or business rivalries and will not interfere with investigations conducted by legal entities. Our primary policy is not to entertain any matters concerning national security. Additionally, the agency cannot be held responsible for any damages or losses, financial or otherwise, that a client may experience as a result of using our services. While we conduct investigations professionally and competently, predetermined results cannot be expected, as there may be unpredictable factors involved in every inquiry.
